Driving sales & profit achievement in the channel of competency, across all brands implementing the global 4P strategies in partnership with Sales & Marketing team;
Build a strong proposal of actions/ plans, based on figures, measures and expertise to reach company KPIs;
Develop, optimize and monitor Promo Plan Manual to be used as main guideline for Account Specific Promo;
Bring up innovative and efficient ideas in order to enhance the company's image, to maximize visibility and excellent presence on the market;
Degree in Economics;
At least 4 years of experience Trade Marketing/ Sales/Marketing or Key Account Management in a Pharmaceutical / FMCG company;
Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued);
Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities;
Analytical skills;
Result oriented and entrepreneurial / self starter attitude;
Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve;
Ability to think outside the box.
