RESPONSABILITATI

The Training Administrator is a member of the European Training management and administration team, and will be focused on keeping our systems updated by entering orders and setting up events, and will also have responsibility for standard email communications to our customers. The individual will have an opportunity to learn our operational systems, including: Saba, Oracle Project Accounting and Clarity.

Detailed Responsibilities:

-Create classes in Saba
-Publish training schedule to the web
-Enter orders into Saba
-Create web access logins for the students using Ldap
-Send course confirmations to students
-Order training manuals for classes
-Print student certificates
-Process event sign-in sheets
-Send WBT e-mails to students after the events
-Assign evaluation forms
-Arrange lunches when required
-Book students onto the partners classes
-Raise purchase orders for students attending partner classes


CERINTE

- University degree
- Able to work on own initiative
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French or Italian
