- Ensure successful kick off for each internal training program batch post sign off, with all necessary arrangements across Europe
- Get respective training curriculum signed off by management and operations SPOC and keep updated
- Understand demand vs. supply and plan the programs accordingly
- Full program management including regular team meetings with the participants
- Supervise the learning process for all batches
- Follow up on learning completed, share weekly progress and identify any knowledge gaps, issues with proposed remedial plan
- Measure success of program, track progress and report out status regularly
- Ensure seamless program completion with final assessment and certification
- Act as a single point of contact for all participants while they go through their curriculum
- Assess the ‘redeployability’ of participants and work with Recruitment / Ops Teams to internally redeploy people to processes post completion of training program
