Travel Associates Romania is looking for people to join our young and enthusiastic team in our Bucharest Office. We have 2 openings for Travel Agents.
Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor and complete hotel/transfer/tours bookings via our online booking system
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries either by phone or e-mail
• Handle customer complaints following the existing procedures
• Manage customers' accounts if needed
• Offer primary support to partner travel agencies on how to use our online booking platform
• Keep contact with our representative offices abroad related to daily operations
What we expect from you?
• Very good command of English. Additional languages (Very good French, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Russian, Turkish, Arabic or Chinese) represents an advantage
• Pro-active, dynamic, driven to results and with strong problem solving abilities
• Good communication and interaction skills, client orientation
• Good knowledge of PC (MS Office, Internet)
• Experience in Customer Support and/or Online Travel Services represents an advantage
• Knowledge of travel software applications: TBS, TINA, AIDA, TRIP represents an advantage
• Knowledge of worldwide wholesalers such as: GTA, Hotelbeds, Miki, Tourico, etc. represents an advantage
