Adecco Professional & Executive Search is looking for the Travel Assistant for one of its’ clients, a leading network of tire and vehicle maintenance for both business and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel arrangements in accordance with the company policy: cost effectiveness;
• When the travel agency tariffs not accordingly to expectations, contact directly the providers;
• Travel arrangements: ticket, car, transfer from to the airport or in other places;
• Ensure a good follow-up for office supplies needs;
• Meeting rooms set-up according to the meeting format;
• Good relationship with the Administration of the building for cleaning services (according to the schedule and whenever is needed) and repairs;
• Ensure contact with the suppliers for the electrical equipment’s in order to have them in good function at any moment;
• The quality of reception gives a good image of the entity in accordance with the Group’s rules ;
C1 level for English & French is mandatory, German is a plus.
