- Automat/manual loading of payments in production system such as online banking, Multicash system
- Downloading statements from payments tools
- Ensure all customer documents (cheques and promissory notes) are efficiently stored and handled to the bank
- Record petty cash
- Interact with internal tools and software to extract information
- Develop reports
Computer literate and familiar with MS office applications and payments tools such multicash system, online banking and other payment forms;
Advanced spoken and written English;
A proven track record of integrity and responsibility in previous positions.
