Treasury Specialist
The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for the accounting of day to day cash operations, as well as producing all necessary reports requested by the Treasury Manager.
Responsibilities:
Performs daily analysis of amounts falling due and prepares a payment proposal subject to further approval according to company policy
Records bank account/cash register operations and/or verifies the accuracy of all Multicash transactions (import/export) against bank statements
Verifies the correct allocation of payments/receipts to invoices
Provides input in daily/weekly/monthly cash flow forecast reports
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of accounting experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook
English proficiency: advanced
Working knowledge of Microsoft NAV
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, someone who can communicate with team members and can clearly articulate complex concepts, ideas and processes
Organization skills and strong attention to details
Knowledgeable of general office routines and procedures
Has an analytical mindset and enjoys numbers
Dedicated, driven, staying power, energetic, resourceful, and committed person who operates effectively with minimum guidance
Takes appropriate initiative and is capable of handling increasing amounts of responsibility
Ability to prioritize, multi task and meet deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
