Reporting directly to the marketing and communication director (located in France) and interacting strongly with international product development teams and sales people, he/she will have the full responsibility over all StreamWIDE products’ User Interfaces contents (including telephony prompts, web applications labels, smartphones apps labels and tablets apps labels).
He/she will be taking the lead on these following tasks:
* Become the central point of contact for worldwide sales people whenever a specific client is requesting us to translate and/or record prompts or labels in any language
* Manage multiple suppliers (translation companies and recording studios) and ensure deadlines are met and budgets are respected for each project
Deal with the administrative tasks related to the projects management
* Analyze grammatical specificities of specific languages and provides recommendations to the products teams so as to ensure they can localize the UI interfaces according to any regional context
* Review UI interfaces English-written source contents quality, correct and provide recommendations so as to ensure a perfect quality from a functional perspective as well as from an English syntax and grammar quality
* Analyze how UI contents are produced and supply recommendations to the technical teams in order to streamline the process and keep costs at the lowest level
* Produce and update the company’s style guide which includes the methods, recommendations and selection of expressions that must be used by all documentation contributors within the company
* UI content coordinator will be regularly requested to translate documents from French to English and/or double-check English quality and syntax consistency with the company’s written chart
