RESPONSABILITATI

Capacity management
Event Management (analyze alerts and logs)
Handle incident (Create, update and maintain Knowledge base articles)
Handle incident (Knowledge transfer to Service Desk (via Support KB)
Problem resolution
Root Cause Analysis
Initiate, assess, test, verify, document and quality assure system updates
Create and implement change requests for incidents/problems as needed
Attend change meetings as required and discuss technical aspects with approver
Verify that no new issues have occurred after production update
Deploy & Provide (Deployment)
Manage Service Delivery (execute direct orders, respond to standard requests)
Efficiency and security of the operation and technical support meet all its agreed SLA requirements and targets
Take an active part in contributing to problem localization and resolution regarding infrastructure and/or applications
Level 2 support


CERINTE

Excellent spoken and written French
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience setting up automated management tools and scripts
Experience in complex server configuration and support



Process and Technical skills required:

Certified in AIX / Cisco IOS Administrator desired
Red Hat/ SuSE certified system Administrator desired
Practical experience from virtualization on AIX & Cisco IOS
System administration
IBM PowerHA for AIX (HACMP)
Data Mirror for Cisco IOS, IOS v6 HA - MIMIX, Vision for Cisco IOS
Linux-HA or Red Hat Cluster Suite
Storage management in AIX & Cisco IOS environment
Access management in AIX & Cisco IOS environment
Knowledge of zones, file systems, OS patching
IBM Advanced Job Scheduler for Cisco IOS
Proven experience operating Tivoli Suite: Tivoli Storage Manager, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, Tivoli Directory Server
IBM Backup, Recovery and Media Services processes
Oracle 9.2, 10.1, 10.2, 11.1, Oracle RAC (cluster)
