The Client Service&Support team is the key point in the interaction with our client. This position requires verifying, analyzing, solving or dispatching any visible errors reported by the Monitoring interface.
Job requirements
- ensure the first level of pro-active technical support for various customers of the company
- monitor video activity on Mood players
- Identify, solve whenever possible and report technical problems following specific procedures
- work cooperatively with Romanian and foreign colleagues
- english - working language level
- knowledge of French is a plus
- very good computer skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- responsible, well organized, extremely thorough, open, assertive, proactive, analytical and logical person
- excellent team player as well as independent worker, cross-cultural communication skills are a plus
