• Implementation of general rules of arrangement of the store and window
• On time and proper implementation of current VM strategies in the store
• Ensuring all merchandising standards are met at all times (VM rules, optimal stock levels, lighting, etc)
• Anticipating problems and finding creative solutions to visual presentation
• Organizing promotional and sales actions inside the store
• Preparing and using price marks depending on season and action
• Trainings for the store sales team
• Reporting to the Area Visual Manager and to the Store Manager
• Good level of English is obligatory
• Experience in a clothes company and VM knowledge would be a plus
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize
• Creative thinking
• Ability to understand and deliver tasks within the deadline
• Good communication skills
• Team spirit
• PC literate (Microsoft Office, Adobe / Corel, internet)
