Research and write web content on different topics (real estate, financial, bank, debt recovery);
Ensure web content meets business objectives and audience goals while adhering to brand, style, and standards guidelines;
Plan and execute site updates, engaging team members and business partners as needed;
Synthesize information from web analytics, usability testing, changing business goals, and emerging web content practices to continually optimize content effectiveness and discoverability;
Coordinate with marketing and other channel partners to support campaigns, promotions, and cyclical events;
Serve as a resource with respect to writing, style, and content structure. Write, edit, proofread and review;
Manage quarterly updates related to earnings announcements, including home page banner updates, corporate fact sheet updates, and other quarterly checklist items;
Analyze and create/modify content processes, templates, and documentation to increase efficiency and quality of work;
Minimum 2 years of experience in economic/ financial / bank community based electronic communication and publications;
Minimum 1 year of company web site management;
Articulate about organizational goals and objectives and how they can be achieved through content strategy frameworks, web writing/editing approaches, user experience design, information architecture, and web analytics;
Competence in HTML and basic CSS, proficiency with CMS/web publishing tools, experience with SharePoint publishing sites are considered a bonus;
Detail oriented, problem solving, and verbal communication skills;
Experience working with multiple stakeholders on complex projects while juggling competing priorities and changing expectations;
Proactive in anticipating problems, proposing solutions, and initiating collaborative resolution;
Very high level of organizational and time management skills;
