- Manages projects from initiation through closure: conducts kick-off meeting, manages changes to project scope, monitors and controls project work;
- Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and satisfactory completion of projects;
- Identifies risk, creates and manages remediation plans together with the team;
- Keeps up to date with the latest online trends and opportunities;
- Prepares qualitative and quantitative analysis reports.
- At least 3 years Project Management experience in a web related environment;
- Good working knowledge of web technologies, web build processes and online campaigns;
- Experience in Agile methodologies;
- Strong organizational / project management skills (not necessarily formally trained but strong practical experience);
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal;
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong people management / influencing and listening skills with an outgoing personality;
- Excellent under pressure / comfortable with changing priorities / multiple demands.
