• Responsible for the physical dispatch, receipt and internal movement of stock in a safe and efficient manner with a focus on upholding work standards and providing excellent service for our Engineering department, as well as the input of data in Archibus software
• Ensure all goods received by engineering department are thoroughly checked to paperwork and purchase orders;
• Ensure all goods are organized based on their technical specification ;
• Ensure all goods are released for consumption based on proper approval and documentation;
• Correct stock received and verified to paperwork.
• Organizing the stocks based on their technical specification.
• Variances and damaged products identified and reported.
• Stock processed in logical order.
• Registration of each item in Archibus software – daily updates
• Stock delivered to departments and placed in a safe position.
• Fulfilling all documentation related / All delivery paperwork forwarded to administration
• Follow up of consumptions and inventories
• Periodically inventory;
• Previous Experience in a technical & materials environment
• Technical knowledge
• Previous experience to work with a stock software
• Previous experience as store person position
• Reliable person, with high organizational & planning skills.
• Technical background (general storage materials) like electric, construction, plumbing, HVAC, tools/equipment
• Must speak English
