Maintain and develop contractual relations with national and international retailers/chains
Work with key retailers to increase revenue and brand awareness and ensure that new distribution opportunities are fully investigated and developed
Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits
Achieve monthly and yearly sales target for each brand/each seller
Manage stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
Communication and coordination with all departments within the company
Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance, according to company requirements, as well as implement advertising and promotional strategy and activities
Manage selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
Minimum 3 years experience in wholesale, in relation with national and international retailers
Relevant experience in the following domains: FMCG nonfood, Pharmaceutical products
Minimum 2 years experience in managing a sales team is a must
Experience in Loyalty Programs is highly appreciated
Self driven towards results, Reliable, Interpersonal Relationships
Strong commercial awareness , Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Very Good command of English language both spoken and written
Driving license B
