- The systems administrator will be responsible for investigating, tracking, and concluding any incidents that occurs within the environment for which is responsible
- Writing/refining/using support manuals, procedures and processes for new services
- Performance tuning
- Ability to understand project/task objectives and see through to full completion without supervision
- High experience in Windows 2003 servers administration
- Very good knowledge of configuration & administration of MS Exchange server;
- Operational knowledge on cluster management
- Experienced in the Windows 2003/XP operating system and infrastructures
- Comfortable with all aspects of system administration, experience with hardware troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server administration may be required occasionally
- Basic knowledge or exposure to project management methodologies
- Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly
- English - very good knowledge.
