Responsibilities:
Assure support for different tasks related to the purchasing process:
- requesting offers from supplier and basic analysis
- updating information regarding the contracted hotels
- reporting and analysis of department's databases
- keeping up to date the orders' files
- verifying invoices with suppliers
- administrative work
- student in the 2rd or 3rt year or Master
- good knowledge of english
- good MS Office knowledge ( advanced excel and power point)
- good in taking the initiative, communicative, flexible
- detail oriented
- willingness to learn
