- Identifying good prospects for salary conventions;
- Initiate, maintain and develops business relationships with corporate clients (companies), by promoting retail offer of ING Bank dedicated to employees (salary package)
- Monitoring the opening of the relationship/card/account for the employees of the companies witch signed a salary convention
- Maintaining a good relationship with the decision factors of the companies which signed a salary convention
- Offering support for ING Offices and ING Branches in signing salary conventions with their own prospects through joint sales visits, advice in approach and follow-up of sales process
- Disseminating best practices in the ING network
- University degree (preferably Economics)
- At least 2 years of experience in direct sales. Experience in high value sales, negotiations at top management level
- Dynamic, communicative, innovative, goal oriented, problem solver
