Managing all operations within the country, taking responsibility for budget, profit, revenue, cash flow and quality targets;
Discover sales prospects and contact them; cover at least 70% of VIP target clients, hospitals, private clinics, genetic company in assigned business territory;
Catch new opportunities, special developments for products and services, collect information as well as feedback thanks to field activity and then coordinate with proper staff of the company;
Take part in events to market the products such as Theme Day events related to health care, seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events; able to attend academic meetings in local area and perform sales performance in such attendance;
Establish and maintain materials relating to sales and knowledge of current products, able to understand the scientific knowledge behind the healthcare product; Make preparations of presentations and proposals; able to present basic scientific facts related to the company product;
Ensure his/her office's operations align with the organization’s mission, strategic objectives and policies whenever changes occurs; frequently report to executive team member considering all necessary aspects, such as policy change, new healthcare law or new key hospitals, etc.
Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan;
Produce business performance reports, including the updated news in local healthcare market and his/her reaction towards these.
5+ years in pharmaceutical business, with relevant management experience;
University degree;
Appropriate network of Key Opinion Leaders (gynecologists);
Ability to work independently, as a representative of the company in Bulgaria;
Commercial skills, business orientation;
Possibility to use own car for job related activities;
Interest in pharmaceutical scientific development.
