RESPONSABILITATI

Our company is currently looking to insert Romanian speakers in a technical support project for "League of Legends" for our client in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The Role

Part of your daily activities will be:
• Address players concerns and inquiries by interaction in a professional and friendly manner;
• Provide information, assist with questions, answer payment and invoice queries;
• Help customers with reclamations and in-game problems.

Players respect other players, especially the ones that take the time to care! The player support teams need to know their stuff, speak the same language as the gamers, and have the empathy to drive amazing player support experiences. Also to maintain the game's culture, gameplay is an important part of their job. In other words the player support team is given the time to play at work, how cool is that?!


CERINTE

• Native level Romanian (C2);
• Good understanding of English (B2);
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Ability to build trust with the customers;
• Be a League of Legends player (eliminatory factor).
