Social Media Technical Support with German language
Responsibilities:
Handling wide range of customer queries
Properly documenting cases in the internal systems
Follow up on cases until they are fully resolved
Meet and exceed requirements for deliverable output
This position does not include voice (phone) support
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Hardware knowledge and experience in working with technical devices
Awareness of social media
Excellent creative writing skills
Understanding of modern technology
Excellent level of German and good command of English
o German - B2H level minimum
o English - B2H level minimum
Content creation and social media customer support experience will be a big advantage
