The Support Engineer will ensure that all customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive. By utilizing knowledge of the customer environment, the Support Engineer will deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in Italian, French or German.
- Ability to handle customer situations with empathy and ownership.
- Able to think critically and logically under pressure to resolve technical issues.
- Commitment to customer service and a “can-do" attitude.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Exchange/SharePoint/Lync Server.
- Networking skills.
- Good level of English language.
- Ability to develop comprehensive descriptions of technical issues.
- Previous technical support experience or IT Support.
- Logical problem solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
- University degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
- Lifestyle and accommodation in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Permanent contract. Commitment for at least 12-15 months employment, due to an extensive qualification and certification program.
