Our client is a multinational company present. The field of activity involves the extraction process of oil seeds and bio diesel production
Reporting hierarchically to the plant manager and functionally to the railway and road logistics coordinators, will have mainly the following responsibilities:
• Follow up and manage the reception and expedition or cargo
• Define and execute the plant’s logistics plan together with the plant manager and the logistics railway and road coordinators
• Evaluate, report and solve any type of issue with the plant's supply chain
• Develop and evaluate reports with indicators and propose improvement solutions for the processes and administrative routines
• Coordinate the actions of the human resources allocated to his area, namely the discharging operators, developing and evaluating their performances
• Coordinate and execute administrative routines in its area, organizing work shifts, development and implementation of processes, control of times and productivity
• Assure the adequate operationalization of the implemented logistics procedures
• Follow up the KPIs of its area of activity, evaluating indexes of progress/decline, identifying improvement potentials, searching for solutions for every case
• Experience in management of teams
• 2 to 5 years in this function or similar (Preferably with solid / liquid bulk cargo)
• Experience in railway and truck transportation
• Proactive
• Good Communication skills
• Organized
• Leadership skills
• Flexible
• Disciplined
• Ability to work under stress
• Between 25 and 40 years old
• Ability to lead teams
• Languages: Romanian, English
• Computers: Microsoft Office Tools knowledge
• Driving license: Category B
• Technical or superior degree in transportation / Logistics preferable
