- Diploma de licenta (drept, economic);
- Minim 3 ani experienta intr-un departament de Resurse Umane, de preferat intr-o companie multinationala
- Persoana dinamica, deschisa;
- Comunicare foarte buna;
- Capacitate buna de a organiza si coordona activitati, evenimente.
