-responsible for achieving and maintaining superior quality levels of all products that are manufactured for all customers;
- coordinate the activities associated with the job start ups, job relocations and the initial builds of products to the customers;
- organize and execute the customer surveys and visits;
- act as liaison and coordinator for the concerns reported by the customer or customer service, including the completion and/or review of all 8-D reports;
- coordinate and participate in the Advance Quality Planning for the Customer Programs employing the tools and techniques necessary to the task;
- provide interface and attend customer meetings as the Quality representative;
- Technical University degree;
- Relevant experience of at least 3 years in production environment;
- Strong communication skills, natural authority, strong leadership skills;
- Good organization skills;
- Problem solver;
- Positive aggressiveness;
- Fluency in English;
- Computer knowledge;
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel on a regular basis.
