We are a rapidly growing international niche recruitment company. At the moment there is about 240 of us across offices in the UK, Switzerland and Czech Republic and we look to be 600 within three years time. That’s why the opportunity of Trainee Talent Acquisition Specialist came about.
We look for 3 people one German Speaker, one Dutch Speaker and one French Speaker who would start their career with us in Prague. After achieving certain level of performance, which takes 6 to 10 months you will be able to choose your office location from Prague, London, Zug or Portsmouth. As we grow we are planning on opening new offices within the next couple of years – available to you too.
You will be responsible to recruit people into the business – dependant on the business needs. We continuously look for Trainee Recruiters as well as professionals into the supportive functions of our business like IT, HR, general admin and more. You will have the chance to use your languages and develop relationships with job boards, universities and other authorities in particular language regions.
You would be trained in fields of recruitment, empathy, communication, sales, negotiation, advertising, headhunting and more. We want you to go through career steps from Trainee through to Junior Talent Acquisition to Consultant level (achievable within 1 year) and then even to Team Leader position and with years to come Management! Yes, as we grow we will need our people to grow too and we want these ambitious ones.
