Responsabilități
Verifica inregistrarile si soldurile in softul contabil si registrul banca, intocmeste si verifica facturile emise la clienti, facturile primite de la furnizori, realizeaza evidenta documentelor de plata si a numerarului si completeaza decontului de TVA lunar;
Organizeaza si participa la intocmirea lucrarilor de inchidere a exercitiului financiar-contabil, la operatiunile de inventariere a patrimoniului urmarind modul de valorificare a rezultatelor inventarierii;
Stabileste plata tuturor datoriilor, inclusiv a celor catre bugetul de stat, asigura intocmirea si depunerea declaratiilor fiscale;
Intocmeste balante lunare si bilanturi;
Furnizeaza rapoarte, situatii, analize fiscale sau contabile;
Tine legatura cu Administratiile Financiare, Banci, Trezorerie, Fondul de mediu, Colaboratori externi (salarizare, PSI & SSM, Medicina muncii etc).
Cerințe
Experienta pe o pozitie similara (experienta de peste 5 ani reprezinta un avantaj);
Studii superioare in domeniul financiar/ contabil;
Cunostinte operare PC: Office, programe de contabilitate si gestiune;
Foarte bune cunostinte privind legislatia in domeniu;
Atentie la detalii si buna organizare;
Limba engleza – nivel avansat.
