Kpax Marketing is one of the largest marketing and customer support companies in Limassol, Cyprus, and we are looking for a customer-oriented service representative, native or fluent in German language.
Job Description
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls/e-mails and chats.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers


CERINTE

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Fluent in both German and English (min level B2)
• High school degree
• Ability to operate a PC (Microsoft office, CRM systems and E-mails)
• No previous experience is required, but any similar working experience is a plus. Full training is provided by the company
