Job Description:
The Business Analyst discusses new requirements with internal and external stakeholders and customers and aligns closely with Product Management in the early stages of product analysis. You understand the vision of the product and perform various activities to translate that vision into a product.
As a member of a Scrum team, special focus rests on applying principles of agile development and analysis to support the team in all stages of the development life cycle.
The Business Analyst supports and contributes to coordinating and reporting efforts in all stages of product development, including operative handovers and documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
• Degree in IT or other related fields;
• Experience with Business Analysis;
• Good English communication skills and proactive participation in providing innovative ideas and solutions;
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Capability to multitask and to maintain a good overview in long running projects
Professional Skill Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience within Agile Business Analysis or business analysis in a similar position
• Experience with Agile development method, experience in Banking, Testing or Requirement Analysis
• Excellent knowledge of the Payments and/or Credit Card or Banking industry, on the business side as well as on the technical side
