Your responsibilities:
Pass through qualification and certification concept according to central training guidelines
Coordinate activities related to BPS principles & elements (Pull System, 5S, Standardize work, problem solving techniques, internal & external logistics
Organize, prepare and execute BPS trainings according to the qualification requirements
Work with operations, engineering, planning, maintenance, and purchasing toimplement projects to achieve BPS vision
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
Experience in manufacturing operation environment
Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and oral)
Detailed orientated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self directed, self motivated, willingness to learn and takeover responsibility
Ability to work independently as well as a integral member of a team
Good Ms Office skills
