-Design and develop embedded software systems for innovative video-based driver assistance systems (e.g. predictive emergency brake, adaptive cruise control).
-C/C++ implementation of software for embedded systems.
-Software design (UML).
-Optimization for real-time performance on embedded hardware; memory usage optimizations.
-Specification and implementation of performance evaluation tests.
-Evaluate results using a software-in-the-loop framework with real-world data and using Bosch vehicles equipped with camera sensors.
-University degree in computer science, automation, electronics and telecommunications, informatics, mathematics or comparable.
-Experience with software design and development of embedded systems – preferably in automotive business.
-Experience and good knowledge of C/C++ programming language etc.
-Deep algorithms and data structures background.
-Know-how in one of the following fields: computer vision, image processing, pattern recognition, signal processing, control engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, numerical methods.
-Willingness to undertake business trips to Germany for training and project work.
-Target, process and quality orientation.
-Fluent in English.
