• Build the client sample planning based on all the project sample delivery plans
• Input the sample delivery plans information into IT system
• Prepares and send sample quotation to the customer according to the price catalogue
• Receives & process sample orders from the customer (received in a shared mailbox)
• Confirm the technical definitions with the project manager
• Ensures the customer requirement of each order are transmitted to the sample shop (e.g. labeling)
• Inform the customer about planned delivery dates through shared mailbox
• Prepares new version of sample delivery plan
• Ensures and follows order escalations (e.g. for shipment delay)
• Distributes the sample delivery plan to customer and internally after each meetings
• Ensures and follows internal and customer communication
• Ensures the proper invoicing of orders and solve potential conflict
• Studies of industrial engineering, business management or business sciences
• Advanced IT-Tools (Excel)
• Know-how in Business Planning Process and Sales KPI Reporting
• Very good analytical and communication skills
• Advanced English is mandatory
