We are looking for a CORD (Customer Oriented Research and Development) engineer with strong Java knowledge. This includes development of product solutions and also customer oriented troubleshooting. The product under development is UCMDB software, capable of database management for the IT organizations; it stores the business service definitions and associated infrastructure relationship.
• Troubleshoot problems identified by certain clients
• Find the root cause of the bug and report a working and efficient solution for the development department
• Configure certain features of the application for the client’s demand
• Constantly collaborates with the Research and Development department for improving certain areas of the product accordingly with the client’s requests tendency

Job Requirements :
- Complete studies in computer science or related fields
- Good experience with Java
- Familiar with object-oriented design and other design methods or technologies like UML analysis, Design Patterns etc.
- Desire to work with international customers and organizations
- Fluent English and good communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good experience with Application Servers, Networking knowledge and performance are a great plus.
