RESPONSABILITATI

For EMERSON's Regulators Division in the Manufacturing Campus from Cluj - Napoca we are currently looking for an CUSTOMER ADMINISTRATOR

Main responsibilities:

- Manage the customer order from the entry (data entry, order and delivery date acknowledgment) in close relation with the customer and the planner / buyers;
- Manage the customer order until the shipment in close relation with the shipping department, the planner / buyers and communicate all necessary information to the customer (delivery date modifications, invoices, delivery authorizations);
- Organize EU and non-EU shipments in contact with the freight forwarders and customs authorities;
- Be the interlocutor with local customs authorities and also internally for import - export issues;
- Contribute to any improvement in the order entry and item creation procedures.


CERINTE

- MRP Systems knowledge and experience;
- Previous experience in a similar position or transportation / import-export issues;
- Very good relationship and “diplomatic” abilities;
- Good practice of English is a must;
- Usual PC skills (Ms Office, Internet).
