iQuest is looking for an intellectually curious, internet and business-savvy digital communication specialist. He/She will work together with colleagues in the Communication team in planning and executing communication campaigns, managing our digital channels and making sure the ‘message’ is heard and seen by the target audience on all digital channels. The ideal candidate for this position should have a solid understanding of the current digital communication landscape, and is passionate about marketing, new technology and daring ideas.
What will your responsibilities look like?
Works with the Communication Team and other business departments to understand, shape and implement an internal & external communication strategy
Implements the communication strategy using best practices across various platforms, digital channels and social communities (including the company website, blog, intranet site or other internal communication platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, etc.)
Guides, monitors, contributes to, filters and measures iQuest’s digital presence (services provider and employer)
Generates and manages content via all digital channels, proactively responding to questions and comments from community members
Identifies new communication opportunities across all media and introduce relevant tools and platforms to the company as they arise
Supports development, integration and execution of internal communication platforms/ channels
Keeps up with industry changes. Advises content contributors and the communication team on impactful news and industry trends
What abilities will you need?
Strong communication and marketing skills
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work effectively with people across all of the company’s departments along with external providers
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects/tasks
Knowledge of best practices in: social media, SEO, UI, design, content management, web development
Creative problem solver, able to influence others via excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to set and meet deadlines

Fluency in English
German language knowledge is a plus
Passionate about writing with good copy/editing skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
What experience do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication is preferred
Experience in digital communication or social media marketing at a B2B company, media company or marketing agency
Any communication/digital marketing trainings are a plus
Work on IT-related projects is a plus
