The sales and marketing offices in Zurich, Vienna and Munich accept the orders. Our production is located in Romania. We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure and the professionals for an impeccable implementation according to European quality standards.
For the expansion of our production and the management of our team in Cluj Napoca we are looking for an initiative, service-oriented leader (w/m, aged 28 to 38 years) with format and entrepreneurial experience.
Your responsibility
You bear the administrative responsibility for the Romanian production and run a small, but very efficient team.
You are working closely with the sales and marketing managers to develop the strategy and ensure that the operational and financial objectives will be implemented and achieved.
You have to implement management tools for organizational and operational structure, so that we can keep our service promise to our customers at all times. A positive perception in the public/clients eyes as our employer is very important to us.
Your profile
As internal and external contact you have above average communication skills and negotiation skills. You are team-oriented, persuasive and have good social skills.
You are not only enthusiastic and solution-oriented, but can convince others of your ideas. A good eye for design is a plus.
You have a university degree and several years of management experience - preferably in the field of e-business.
