Nova Media Marketing is looking for a talented Facebook ads person who wants to become one of the world's best in the publishing industry. This is NOT a statement to take with a grain of salt. It is our job to help you accomplish this…
You don't need to be exceptional yet, but what you need is the hunger, passion, and drive to become exceptional. We'll give you all the resources, training & mentorships you need to become a master of selling books using Facebook ads and Amazon ads and impact millions of people.
You'll be working closely with me on implementing strategies and crafting ads that get attention and have an impact on people.

We help publishing companies and authors sell books online. Ever since I started on this journey I was fortunate to work with some of the biggest authors in the US market.
We truly believe we are blessed to do what we do and to work with the people we work with. Putting books on people’s bookshelves is a wonderful thing.

In the next 3 years (2025), we want to help sell 28,000,000 million books, change authors' lives, and spread their stories across the world.
Our long-term goal is to impact the world with the books we sell and help rare talented authors become the next J.K. Rowling.
📝 Your tasks & responsibilities
-Update and track and analyze data
-Day to day management of campaigns
-Conduct high-quality research
-Write clear, attractive copy
-Edit and proofread copy as needed
-Quality Check
-Create and edit images in Photoshop/Canva (basic level)
-Research keywords
-Set up amazon campaigns ( no prior experience needed )
We'll gradually hand over these responsibilities & tasks to you depending on your capabilities.

✏️ Requirements
-We're looking for someone who has been in a Facebook ads manager role before and was able to generate results running Facebook ads.
-Your English needs to be fluent and you need to be able to write clear ads copy.
-You like to solve problems based on data.
-You are responsive and implement fast. We value the speed of implementation. We want you to be as efficient as you can.
-If you have photoshop skills, that’s a plus.

💰 Pay & hours:
-We don’t force you to work a specific number of hours. Some weeks may require more work hours and some less.
-As you prove yourself, you’ll be given more responsibility and your pay will increase.
-It's important to mention that we DO expect you to work weekends when needed. If this is not you then please don't apply.
