Responsible for technical maintenance of the buildings and related technical installations, including all utilities installations and consumption follow-up
Responsible for all mechanical and electrical systems of the plant e.g. HVAC, compressed air, BMS, electrical installations, security and audio visual system, fire prevention systems, etc.
Manage a team of engineers and technical operators
Direct responsible for personnel and budget planning
Manage contracts and teams of different external service providers and consultants
Responsible for optimizing maintenance costs and factory energy resources
Responsible for total preventive maintenance and continuous improvement process
Able to develop and implement technical procedures
Responsible for maintenance strategy
What distinguishes you
University degree in mechanical, electrical or facility related fields
At least 5 years working experience in maintenance or facility related functions
Very good project management knowledge and skills
Experienced in leading teams, good negotiation skills
English is mandatory, German language skills is a plus
Structured and analytical approach
Very good leadership and communication skills
High knowledge in MS-Office package, SAP skills is a plus
Ability to treat internal customer demands quickly and professionally
