Manage the out-sourced team for the external service providers in daily operation
Handle special requirements and complaints against above mentioned tasks
Coordination of external service providers
Elaborates the procedures and tender book
Permanently monitors the contractual statements
Implements procedures related to housekeeping, cleaning and gardening
Education - College or University degree
Minimum 3 years working experience in related field (HORECA or services)
Initiative, persuasion and assertiveness
Very good communication skills
Strong organizational skills, problem solving
Ability to organize different tasks at the same time
Ability to treat customer demands quickly
Language skills: English advanced in both speaking and writing
IT knowledge: MS-Office, Outlook
