We are now looking to hire a Finance and Compliance Administrator servicing one of our customers, an international company in the training industry.
Main responsibilities
Finance:
• Issue invoices
• Credit control
• Keep various trackers and reports updated
• Monthly accounts reconciliation
• Process expenditure invoices for payment
• Ensure matching is in line with KPIs
• Present monthly KPIs to management team
• Escalate bad debt, and any other financial concerns
Compliance:
• Collect evaluation forms, trainee profile sheets and sign-in sheets from trainers for each course
• Ensure full set is complete before processing invoices for payment
• Follow up with trainers where there are gaps
• Administration of training compliance records
• Perform a monthly compliance audit for each course, while ensuring the correct records are in place according to tender requirements
• Ensure expenditure compliance is up to date (quotes, tenders etc)

• Financial acumen and in-depth knowledge of Excel

• Ability to consolidate information from multiple data points and identify anomalies
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement (eg process streamlining, technology automation etc)
