What are we looking for?
As an Operations Manager, you will be handling a team of 40 plus associates/sr. associates directly or indirectly, servicing multiple clients on PtP, OTC and RtR processes.
What will your job be about?
• Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders to maximize customer service and meet Service Level Agreements
• Understand the AP / OTC/ R2R business process and translate the requirements into process specific solutions
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs
• Monitoring on daily basis the staff performance and ensures meeting their individual objectives and perform to establish standards
• Responsible of P&L for the account
• Ensure delivery on internal metrics
• Drive standardization and productivity improvement within the team
• Participate actively to transition toolgates
• 3+ year in team management, managing managers is a plus
• Good communication skills & people connect
