• Execute business reporting, analyze
business figures and KPIs for respective unit (laboratory).
• Preparation of monthly business reports and periodical financial forecasts.
• Identify opportunities and potential problems
in budgets and highlight to management.
• Supervise purchasing of capital goods (investment calculations, project definition, capitalization and inventory).
• Coordination and preparation of yearly business planning.
• Business simulation for identification of optimization potentials.
• Headcount and investment planning / cost effectiveness calculations.
• Participate in the continuous development of processes, tools and documentation.
• University degree in Economics, Master degree preferred.
• 1-2 years professional experience in controlling with good knowledge on operative level.
• Analytical thinking and structured working.
• Ability to handle tasks flexibly.
• Ability to work independently but also within a multinational team.
• Efficient working style and good communication skills.
• Very good oral and written language skills in English and Romanian.
