RESPONSABILITATI

Ensure equipment utilization within area of responsibility in terms of organization. Check volume of order, check consistency of production orders with production documents, if necessary update them
Assign tasks to employees and cooperate at all work stations. Spot-check equipment parameters
Execute tests, monitor parameters and introduce measures if necessary
Compile testing protocols, if necessary execute retests
Analyze causes of weak points, stop systems if necessary. Consult specialist department if necessary and cooperate in finding causes. Coordinate and execute planned and unplanned maintenance and repair tasks
Clarify technical and organizational features or problems
Suggest measures to optimize work flow
Deploy employees, monitor execution of work
Check results of working processes. Ensure compliance with safety procedures. Support employees in improving their working processes.


CERINTE

University degree (in electrical or mechanical engineering)
Experience in Leading a manufacturing team
Strong organizational skills, problem solving, & time management skills needed
Self motivated with ability to work as an individual and in a team environment is a must
Experience with working on Microsoft Office Software, Outlook, SAP
Fluent English is mandatory
