Your responsibilities:
Acquisition of new customers for the Engineering Service Centerandthe manufacturing plant
Building up and leading a team for engineering services to internal and external customers
Business development
Close collaboration with Bosch business divisions in Germany and with the Engineering Center Budapest, Hungary
-University master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or comparable;
-3-5 years industry experience in project management, people management and / or sales activities, preferably in the automotive area;
-Good technical understanding and overview;
-Efficient work style and good coordination skills;
-Good communication and presentation skills;
-Willingness to accept responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken;
-Readiness to travel within in Romania and abroad ;
-Target, process and quality orientation;
-Fluent English
