Your responsibilities:
-Building up and leading a group of embedded software development engineers and system test engineers for Photovoltaic Inverter product field;
-Personnel recruiting;
-Competence management;
-Active collaboration with home departments in Hungary and Germany;
University collaboration.

Your profile:
University degree in electrical engineering, informatics or comparable;
Industry experience in personnel management in embedded SW development, preferably in the automotive area;
Good technical understanding and overview;
Knowledge of (SW) project management principles;
Efficient work style and good coordination skills;
Ability to handle tasks flexibly;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Willingness to accept responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken;
Willingness to spend several months in Hungary and/or Germany for training purposes;
Target, process and quality orientation;
Fluent English.

Advantages:
Experience with SCRUM (as SCRUM Master, Project Owner or as a Team Member);
Experience with AUTOSAR;
Basic understanding of HW;
Experience with CAN, Ethernet communication protocols;
Experience with ClearCase, Doors, ClearQuest;
German and/or Hungarian knowledge.
