Your profile:
• University degree in electrical engineering, informatics or comparable;
• Industry experience in personnel management in Embedded Software development, preferably in the automotive area;
• Good technical understanding and overview;
• Knowledge of (SW) project management principles;
• Efficient work style and good coordination skills;
• Ability to handle tasks flexibly;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Willingness to accept responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken;
• Target, process and quality orientation;
• Fluent English skills;
• Willingness to spend several months in Hungary and Germany for training purposes.
Advantages:
• Experience with SCRUM (as SCRUM Master, Project Owner or as a Team Member);
• Experience with AUTOSAR;
• Basic understanding of HW;
• Experience with CAN, Ethernet communication protocols;
• Experience with ClearCase, Doors, ClearQuest;
• German and/or Hungarian knowledge.
