• Manages the production of assembled electronics
• Fullfills customers quality and delivery requirements
• Maintains the production costs according to the business plan, respects the planned buget
• Defines and monitors the performance indicators (KPI) related to the production processes
• Develops, stabilizes and continuously improves the production of finished assembled electronics
• Ensure support for internal and external audits and represents the production department during the visits
• Ensures support for resolving internal and external (customers) problems
• Supports the production manager with other tasks
• Ensures proper organization and operation of the department
• 5 years experience in management position
• Degree in technical studies such as mechanical engineer/ electrical engineer/ physics or similar
• Experience in production / production planning, technical processes in automotive industry, problem solving methods, reports and technical documentation
• Language skills: fluent English - mandatory, German - could be an advantage
• Production systems basics
• High level of teamwork, initiative, organization and problem solving skills
• Very good communication skills, ability to talk and relate to people at all levels
• IT Knowledge: MS-Office (SAP is preferred)
• Result orientated
• Leadership courses or similar
