The Product Owner will have overall responsibility for the development a. continuous improvement of several key IT Systems in Endava. Product Owner must develop a close relation with business representatives, project delivery and support teams, making tactical development decisions and constant adjustments to fit urgent immediate needs and larger business strategic objectives.
This is a pivotal role to the long term success Endava, located in CEE and reporting directly to the IT Management and delivering to the Company Management Executive and Business Units across the organization.
To define the Product Backlog and Product roadmap for the nominated product01. Determine the product profitability (ROI)
Develop a deep understanding of the customer's needs and ensure very good Customer Satisfaction
Set a clear vision and Release Plan for the product(s)
Constantly prioritize the Product Backlog based on customer feedback, market changes and business priority,
Determine the appropriate product Release Date and Content
Actively manage internal a. external stakeholders
Accept or reject the product teams work results at each Sprint Review meeting
Manage a Product budget
Define and implement the release management Plan
Provide regular reporting including product spend, scope, schedule and planning
Solid OOP knowledge:
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously:
Experience in software Product Development;
Reasonable understanding of IT operations and marketing in the software product development Industry,
Sound financial including the ability to write business cases, determine ROI and cash.flows:
A strong understanding of software Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum,
A clear ability to manage a range of different personality types in a facilitative and mature manner,
Strong listening and written aand oral communication skills
A proven ability to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results
Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees:
Knowledge of ERPs,Application Lifecycle Management products and IT System Management tools represents an advantage.
