Adecco Permanent Placement is hiring a Head of Maintenance, for one of its customers - a producer of bentwood components, for the existig production unit in Cehu Silvaniei.
Our customer combines the tradition of laminated elements and solid wood curvature by classical methods of steam pressing or high frequency currents pressing ,with the use of CAD CAM systems like,holding CNC machines that allow new products to be produced quickly and accurately.
Job requirements:
Organize and plan the full maintenance of production installations, machines, buildings and facilities in order to guarantee the continuity of the production process:
Areas of result:
• Determine the guidelines together with the Production Manager – Head of technical Department in Belgian factory concerning the procedures to be followed for the maintenance of the machinery in order to offer, in an efficient and effective way, an optimal support to the production department.
• Coordinate and organize different activities within the maintenance department taking into account priorities and competences of each of the team members of this department and the requirements of the organization in order to provide an efficient service that corresponds to the quality requirements of the organization within the set delays.
• Draft, manage and follow up of the operating budget and provide corrective adjustments in order to obtain the optimal allocation of the operating funds within the general budgetary view.
• Follow up of the compliance of the policies of the organization, the safety standards, the internal regulations and the procedures in order to guarantee a correct and safe maintenance policy.
• Coach his team members in order to optimally utilize and develop the competences, skills and knowhow and to function as a good working department.
• Is driven to optimize efficiencies and to improve maintenance processes.
• Continuously update on the evolutions and developments in the area of maintenance.
• Heads a team of 5 to 10 people.
Masters the English language
• Has a technical master degree
• Has at least 10 years of experience in a comparable function.
• Skilled in both pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electrics and possibly electronics.
