RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
• Cost controlling analysis related to manpower planning, wages, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, etc
• Planning revenue and expenditure related to manpower
• Monitoring plans against actual situations
• Counting the cost of HR
• Provide monthly cost analysis report and performance indicators for all HR business projects.
• Prepare cost estimate of new HR projects for establishing the manpower forecasts
• Working closely to decision-makers within required timeframes
• Make business focused recommendations/ presentations that take into account the current & future local impact.


CERINTE

Knowledge and skills:
As a successful candidate you will have a Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Romanian accounting certification (expert/authorized accountant). Previous experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks is necessary.
